[Syrupmakers] Chattanooga No. 11 mill

Also wondering if the 1890 was the improved patent.  In Don's book he
describes the 1905 mill as being the fourth series with the hole in the
bottom of the plate.    The 1890 patent clearly describes and shows the
hole in the bottom plate going to the spout.
