Jason, welcome to the joy of discovery and to a few of those moments when
you will find things which don't work. Don't get discouraged because this
can be a lot of fun.

The wringer washer probably will not work, it is just simply not strong
enough for the job. Keep in mind that the stalks are rather tough and
it will take approx. 8gal. of raw juice to make 1gal. of sorghum. This
means that your wringer will probably die before you get enough to
cook. This also may give you an idea as to what size pan you will need
before you start cooking.

   Good luck and have fun!!
