It depends on the efficiency of your burners and setup and the brix of your juice, etc. Typically, a syrupmaking friend of mine that cooks 2 and 3 80 gallon kettles a day will use about 20 gallons of propane on a batch. He will get about 12-15 gallons of syrup. I don't know what areas are covered and when the sale ends, but wanted to pass on the "hot" tip.
