[Syrupmakers] brix

[Charlie]

Been taking brix readings of my sorghum cane.  The bottom reading 1/4 up 
the stalk reads 13 brix.  the top reading about 3 nodes from the top 
reads 18.  Should I wait, or cut now?  Your guidance is appreciated.
