[Syrupmakers] mill rebuild

I just rebuilt a Chattanooga 44 for Laurel Valley Museum in Thibodaux, LA.  We used it for the first time last weekend.  What are your questions?

I have a horizontal belt driven mill, that I need to rebuild, bushings etc., any advice on someone that does this would be appreciated.
