[Syrupmakers] Questions on cooking sorghum juice

I certainly appreciate all the comments and links. I feel pretty safe
cooking in this kettle, especially since I know it was used for that
purpose by family members, who all lived to ripe old ages. But it never
hurts to get objective opinions, since not all foodstuffs and metals are
created equal.
