Hello Claude, 

I too am refurbishing an old Cane Mill. Mine has all the pieces and is in relatively good shape. I suggest taking LOTS of pictures as you disassemble for reference purposes. It's pretty straight forward, they are a really simple design. As far as parts I don't know if anyone but there are people on here that are really knowledgeable.
