[Syrupmakers] Brix Readings of Sugarcane Varieties 10-26-13

   On Saturday, the Southern Syrupmakers Association of Blountstown, FL held their annual meeting and syrup cooking. As a part of the meeting, syrupmakers brought a stalk of cane of their favorite sugarcane for a brix reading. The results of those tests are given here:
